How much does shipping cost?
In Canada
Shipping prices are set by Canada Post and are displayed during checkout.
In Saskatoon
Use Canada Post OR:
- $15 delivery fee by car
- Free if is order is over $100

How long are these products good for?
Our products are shelf stable for at least one year.
Do you have gluten free options?
We have many gluten free options, including gluten free quick breads. There are symbols on the back of the soups for gluten free.
Do you have vegetarian options?
All of our soups, with the exception of the ones containing chicken soup base are vegetarian if you don’t add meat. There are symbols on the back of the soups.
Can I cook the soups in a slow cooker/instant pot?
Most of the soups can be cooked in a slow cooker or instant pot. The soups with rice, and Beef Orzo may overcook with either of these options.
How many servings per package?
All of our soups serve 6, some will serve 8 - 10, depending of course on the appetites of those being served. The quick breads make 1 standard loaf of bread.
